Real Estate Photography

Under 1500 sq ft $175 + $25 each additional 500 sq. ft.
(ie. 1501-2000 = $200, 2001-2500 = $225 etc.) Guaranteed one business day or less.
Real Estate Photography includes enhanced sky replacement per agent request on up to three images at no charge.
Each additional sky replacement $5 each.

Additional guest house, detached granny flat, etc. on the same property
Under 1500 sq ft $125 + $25.00 per each additional 500 sq. ft.
(ie. 1501-2000 = $150, 2001-2500 = $175 etc.)

Ranches/properties on acreage and/or multiple barns or outbuildings may incur additional charges. Call for pricing.

Drone Photography $100

$150 if not at the time of real estate shoot. Properties over 20 acres contact for pricing.

Drone Video $150

$200 if not at the time of real estate shoot. Properties over 20 acres contact for pricing.

Bare land / Empty Lot Photography With Drone $200

Ground elevation and drone aerial photography of empty land up to 5 acres. Add $15 each additional 5 acres.

Walk Through Video sample

Under 2500 sq ft $275. $25 each additional 500 sq ft.
(ie. 2501-3000 = $300, 3001-3500 = $325, etc.)

Cinematic Video Sample

Under 2500 sq ft $400. $40 each additional 500 sq ft
(ie. 2501-3000 = $440, 3001-3500 = $480, etc.)

Add Drone video to either option for an additional $100

Teaser 60 sec video - $150

Ranches/properties on acreage with barns, outbuildings, etc. may incur additional charges. Call for pricing.

Virtual Tour Options

Under 1500 sq ft $175 + $15 each additional 500 sq. ft.
(ie. 1501-2000 = $190, 2001-2500 = $205 etc.)

Zillow 3D Tour

Under 1500 sq ft $100 + $15 each additional 500 sq. ft.
(ie. 1501-2000 = $115, 2001-2500 = $130 etc.)

Zillow 3D Tour with Floor Plans

Under 1500 sq ft $135 + $15 each additional 500 sq. ft.
(ie. 1501-2000 = $150, 2001-2500 = $165 etc.)

Additional Editing

All images are individually edited to achieve accurate colors, contrast, etc. Additional editing can be done to add property lines, remove unwanted objects, etc. at an additional cost; typically $10-$15 per image, but the price may very depending on the editing needed. A quote will be provided for any additional editing requested. 

If the agent is present at the time of the photo/video shoot, a walk through of the home can be done to discuss what scenes will be captures and any specifics that need to be included or excluded. If the agent is not present for the photo shoot, the images taken will be up to my discretion.

Photo Rights And Usage:

All photos produced for the client may be used by the client for any marketing associated with the current sale of the property, including but not limited to MLS, flyers, website and publication or for the agents personal marketing. All images used by my real estate clients in magazine/publications must have credits to "RedTailPhotography.com" under or on the images. All images are owned and copyrighted by Red Tail Photography and a license granted only to the client and not to any third parties. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, designers, stagers, sellers or buyers is prohibited by copyright laws unless approved in writing by Red Tail Photography.

Image/Video Delivery:

Images and videos are delivered electronically via Dropbox. It is the agents responsibility to download the images in a reasonable time. Images are deleted from Dropbox 2-3 weeks after delivery to the agent. I do not guarantee backup images will be kept from any photo shoot.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation or reschedule is necessary, please let us know by phone as soon as possible. A late cancellation fee of $100 will be charged if notice is not given within 24 hours of scheduled photo shoot time.

Pricing:

All pricing listed is agent/broker pricing for individual homes for sale. Minimum charge for any shoot/service is $150. FSBO are at a slightly higher pricing due to non repeat clients. Contact for Model home pricing.
