Duane C Gillett
I was born in Southern CA, but spent most of his life around the greater Sacramento area. My passion for architectural and commercial/advertising photography came while attending photography college. This was prior to the digital era and everything was being shot on large format film. The change to digital opened up unlimited possibilities. The ability to preview images as they are being taken, then adjust, manipulate and combine images in post production has expanded the creative possibilities. Although image editing has become a large part of my workflow, I’m still very old school and believe the quality of the final image starts with the quality of the original image. Shooting for architects and interior designers for over 30 years has refined my view on every detail in the image.
Along with my experience in Photography, I’ve also held my real estate license in two states till 2007. The knowledge gained from being a Realtor gives me a great understanding of the real estate business and what it takes to best market properties.
Aimee Chiofalo
As a child of two artists, I’ve always had a passion for the arts (photography, painting, music and being creative). Although those were my passion, my heart has always been with helping others. While working in the trauma center for nearly 20 years, I would fill my off time with my family and following my different passions. I’ve been fortunate enough to have acted on TV and in movies, been a set designer, casting agent and continue to hosted a rock talk radio show which I have had for several years.
In 2017 I retired from the trauma center to finally follow my dreams. In the past I have photographed many different people from high school seniors to firemen and many different things from products to real estate. Now that I am able to dedicate my time to photography, I have found my talents evolving.
