If the agent is present at the time of the photo/video shoot, a walk through of the home can be done to discuss what scenes will be captures and any specifics that need to be included or excluded. If the agent is not present for the photo shoot, the images taken will be at my discretion.

Image/Video Delivery:

All media (photos, videos, floor plans, etc.) are delivered via an email link to your online marketing kit. Photography is guaranteed next business day delivery. Videos can take up to two business days to delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation or reschedule is necessary, please let us know by phone as soon as possible. A late cancellation fee of $100 will be charged if notice is not given within 24 hours of scheduled photo shoot time.

Photo Rights And Usage:

All photos produced for the client may be used by the client for any marketing associated with the current sale of the property, including but not limited to MLS, flyers, website and publication or for the agents personal marketing. Any/all images used in magazines/publications must have credits to "RedTailPhotography.com" under or on the images. All images are owned and copyrighted by Red Tail Photography and a license granted only to the client and not to any third parties. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, designers, stagers, sellers or buyers is prohibited by copyright laws and the DMCA Act or 1998 unless approved in writing by Red Tail Photography.

Pricing:

All pricing listed is agent/broker pricing for individual homes for sale. Minimum charge for any shoot/service is $150. FSBO are at a slightly higher pricing due to non repeat clients. Contact us for model home pricing. Pricing subject to change without notice.
