Image Reimbursement:

Home owners aften times trying to sell their home on their own much more challenging that expected and decide to list with an agent. If a home owner lists their home with us as the listing agents within 6 months of us doing any marketing service, the full amount the home owner spent with us will be reimbursed at the time of us closing their home sale. Additionally, we typically do much more in marketing that the most home owner had us do. Every home we list has a minimum of pictures, video, floor plans, social medial marketing and a single property website. Many have additional marketing as well. Marketing is based on each individual home and how to best market that property.

Image/Video Delivery:

All media (photos, videos, floor plans, etc.) are delivered via an email link to your online marketing kit. Photography is guaranteed next business day delivery. Videos can take up to two business days to delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation or reschedule is necessary, please let us know by phone as soon as possible. A late cancellation fee of $100 will be charged if notice is not given within 24 hours of scheduled photo shoot time.

Photo Rights And Usage:

All photos produced for the client may be used by the client for any marketing associated with the current sale of the property, including but not limited to MLS, flyers, website and publication or for the agents personal marketing. Any/all images used in magazines/publications must have credits to "RedTailPhotography.com" under or on the images. All images are owned and copyrighted by Red Tail Photography and a license granted only to the client and not to any third parties. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, designers, stagers, sellers or buyers is prohibited by copyright laws and the DMCA Act or 1998 unless approved in writing by Red Tail Photography.
