Quality, Not Quantity

All real estate tour companies and many real estate photographers focus on speed; the faster they can photograph a home, the more homes they can shoot in a day. The majority of real estate photographers use HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography to shoot interiors. Although HDR is a decent blending technique, it has many inherent issues with colors in most situations. Other photographers try to shoot with just one on-camera flash. This is okay for a small space if the flash is defused or bounce to fill the room. On larger spaces, a single flash will brighting the foreground and the back of the room and adjoining rooms will be dark.

Our approach is about quality, not quantity. We strive to create the highest quality images for every property to ensure they stand out from the competition and attract the most potential buyers. We start with using professional Nikon DSLR camera bodies and lenses. Every room is lit by balancing available light with additional lighting to achieve proper exposure for both inside and the outside window views. Once photographed, we edit every image individually utilizing different blending techniques and software to get the highest quality, most accurate results possible. In order to control quality and consistency, we do not outsource any of our editing or any other service!
