Scheduling your photo shoot can be done by email, text or by calling 530-417-2925.

Either the agent, homeowner or someone authorized by the homeowner should be present during the shoot to gain access to the home and discuss any special considerations such as any items to be excluded from the images.

Real Estate:
We are a two person team with typical photography sessions taking 1-1.5 hours depending on the size of the house. Video can take an additional 1-1.5 hours. Virtual Tours can take an additional .5-1 hour. Please let the homeowner know and to plan accordingly.

All media (photos, videos, floor plans, etc.) are delivered via an email link to your online marketing kit. Photography is guaranteed next business day delivery. Videos can take up to two business days to delivery.

All media is owned by Red Tail Photography as per the DMCA Act of 1998. Red Tail Photography retails all rights to the media. All media created for agents are licensed to the agent for the purpose of marketing the property and themselves as agents. The media can not be given to, or sold to, any other person or business for use in any way without written consent from Red Tail Photography.
